Job Duties

  • Support business operations including (but not limited to) organizational processes, culture, regulation, finance, accounting, payroll, presentations, documentation, and recruiting.
  • Ensure timely project completion
  • Manage working environment, office, logistics, scheduling, etc.
  • Ask questions, solicit and relish feedback, iterate quickly, and implement solutions

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier academic institution, or work experience at a fast-growing startup or top-tier institution

Job Duties

  • Identify and optimize growth opportunities together with business development
  • Develop brand strategy and positioning
  • Manage day-to-day execution of demand generation planning efforts
  • Write content, both short and long form to be packaged, repurposed and promoted
  • Implement content marketing strategy and growth objectives with team
  • Create and execute campaigns surrounding product launches, new pieces of content
  • Create marketing assets (landing pages, etc), drive campaigns, set KPIs and measure ROI
  • Design, execute and measure email nurturing programs and campaigns

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier academic institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in health IT marketing
  • Experience writing, researching and measuring impact and ROI
  • Ability to create videos and web design and production is a plus
  • Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills

Business Development Associate

We look forward to welcoming a motivated, hardworking employee to our team! Reporting to the CEO, this role is suiter for a highly motivated and collaborative salesperson who can bring her/his passion, knowledge of health IT, and entrepreneurial drive to our growing business.


Job Duties

  • Lead business development in mid-tier markets with large hospital accounts
  • Identify and recruit new customers, develop partnerships and lead account relationships
  • Implement sales processes to identify, own, open and close deals with hospitals, including identifying new business opportunities with existing customers
  • Identify and manage hospital contracting processes including RFI and RFP process and responses – which will include creating pitch decks, positioning and identifying the hospital influencers
  • Break into new geographic areas and transit markets by assessing size, returns, influencers and creating go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier academic institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health IT business development/ sales
  • Experience closing 6/7 figure deals through competitive tender/RFP in complex organizations
  • Understanding of the technological and operational needs of hospitals
  • Ambition and versatility, with an ability to educate customers on product’s unique technology
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time
